Congratulations to David Hill

The entire Leicester City Hockey Club family would like to congratulate our very own David Hill, who has just graduated from England Hockey’s Advanced Coach Programme.

David has spent the past two years learning in a bid to enhance his skill-set and develop himself as a coach. It’s an incredible achievement and Leicester City Hockey Club is proud to have a nationally-recognised coach involved in our players’ development.

Always available and interested in supporting coaches across the club, David is keen to promote new ideas, challenge players and encourages coaches by using traditional, new and alternative styles of coaching to bring the best out of everyone.

His experience has been invaluable in establishing the right fun and positive environment for player development, pathways and participation for all at the club.

He’ll continue as assistant coach of the ladies first team, alongside his role inspiring coaches across the club and academy.

Congrats, David – the hard work has paid off.
