Join Us For Our Club Day & Academy Launch

Leicester City Hockey Club is delighted to announce that we will be hosting a Club Day at our St Margaret’s Pastures home on Sunday 1 September, packed with activities for both adults and children, as the Club Day will also see us launch our academy.

Junior Academy Launch

Commencing at 10.00am on Sunday 1 September, Leicester City Hockey Club welcomes boys and girls, at Under-12 age group and under, to join us at St Margaret’s Pastures for the launch of the new academy season. Children of ALL abilities are welcome.

From 10.00am to 12.00pm, participants will be able to get involved in a skill school, followed by fun mini games before activities break for lunch. Resuming at 1.00pm, players will be split into four teams to play 7-a-side games across the afternoon.

ALL of our current junior members are welcome and are encouraged to bring along a friend for FREE to try out our wonderful sport!

Participants only able to attend the 1.00pm-3.00pm are still more than welcome to come down.

Adult Activities On Club Day

All club members from across all of our teams are asked to meet at 12.30pm at St Margaret’s Pastures to take part in fun 7-a-side games starting at 1.00pm and running to 3.00pm.

However, we are also welcoming NEW men’s and ladies players of ALL standards to play and enjoy the social side of hockey in our mixed 7-a-side competition to celebrate the start of hockey being played at our new St Margaret’s Pastures home.
